how can you work on schedule??!!

Morning has come to tell me that i delayed the schedule of my responsible task release.
Even if i have worked whole night..

let's think about the cause of delay.

1.short period schedule (or we can say wrong estimation )
2.incapability
3.unexpected incident occurred
4.ineffective work method
5.lack of resource
6.plan was not efficient.
7.resource allocation was wrong.
8.team management didn't work well.

mmm what is the real cause? or some causes are related each other?
let me take a succeeded example to identify the difference between my case and their cases.

how do people keep the schedule limit??
what are the differences??

oh, but how can i find the succeeded case??

useful information wanted ;)

Hi!

You are working so hard!
Do indian people work like that!?
People who I met in India were very relaxed, they didn't seem like working so hrd and stressed.

Hope your project will go well!

they remind me of japanese haha.
but they have been educated that japanese is the No.1 hard worker in the world.is it so??

when i'm working with Indian people, i think "yeah indian people are also working hard but japanese are same as them or more than them.."

anyway, thanks for your wishes.
